- Welcome to my blog! Who I am? In short, I grew up in the UK, then married a South African and now live in South Africa. I have had all sorts of adventures thus far in my life, including: working with young offenders; training to be a pilot; managing a wine farm; learning how to catch snakes; raising a family of my own… and, right now, unlocking the artist within. I started writing my first blog to keep my Mum posted about what I was up to. Thanks for keeping her company.
