Cutting the cover crop
Here's a shot I took of our new driver working hard to mow the korog between the rows. To take this photo, I had to hide behind a bush in the garden, and zoom in as I didn't want to give him a fright and make him veer off course!
Welcome to my blog!
Who I am? In short, I grew up in the UK, then married a South African and now live in South Africa.
I have had all sorts of adventures thus far in my life, including: working with young offenders; training to be a pilot; managing a wine farm; learning how to catch snakes; raising a family of my own… and, right now, unlocking the artist within.
I started writing my first blog to keep my Mum posted about what I was up to.
Thanks for keeping her company.
